The contact form collects your name, work email, profile and message. This data is transmitted to Formspree (Formspree, Inc.) for the sole purpose of answering your request — no advertising use, no resale.

This processing is based on the pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR article 6.1.b) and on the publisher's legitimate interest in replying to the messages it receives.

Because Formspree, Inc. is a US company, this processing involves transferring that data outside the European Union, to the United States.

Your data is kept for as long as it takes to handle your request, then deleted — after 12 months at the latest. This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers.

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, which you may exercise through the contact form or at contact@lumnik.fr, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French lead supervisory authority (cnil.fr).
